This program works excellently for owners living in the same city where their properties are located or for owners with the resources and know-how to manage their property.

1. Take professional photos of the property for marketing purposes. These photos can also show the property's condition before the Tenant moves in.
2. Market the rental. We will list the home for rent on our website, Zillow, social media, and other real estate websites.
3. We will set the showings and meet with the prospective tenants at the property.
4. Work with the Owner to determine a proper rental amount by completing a rental analysis.
5. Perform steps to screen a prospective tenant. I.E., Check credit, call references, review past rental history, and perform all necessary background checks.
6. Communicate with the owner the pluses and minuses of each applicant and help the owner choose the best tenant for their rental property.
7. Provide and execute an attorney-drafted lease.
